I'm a licensed sex therapist, LMFTA, and religious trauma recovery coach. Since 2020 I’ve been helping clients through their deconstruction journeys and into reclaiming self-worth, sexuality, boundaries and a sense of belonging in this world.
I was raised in evangelical christianity and became a missionary in my early twenties before getting my BA in Worship Arts. I spent the next several years deconstructing my faith, going to therapy and trying to name and heal my religious trauma, which was not part of the common language at that time. Therapy wasn’t getting to the root of it, so I had to go and get a masters degree and become a therapist myself! In 2020 I earned my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, with a certificate in Sex Therapy.
