Relationship Therapy: I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with specialized training in couples therapy and experience with polycules and other nontraditional relationships.

Sex Therapy: I have a certificate in sex therapy and experience supporting clients with gender identity, sexual and romantic orientation, intimacy, kink, alternative relationship structures, sexual trauma and sexual health concerns.

ADHD and Autism Evaluations: I am trained in administering formal assessments for ADHD and Autism in adults and adolescents.
​
Internal Family Systems (IFS): I have supervised experience using IFS/parts work with individuals and couples.
​
Complex Trauma Treatment: I am trained in Polyvagal, somatic, narrative and other modalities and knowledgeable about C-PTSD, religious trauma, and systemic trauma.
$195 per 50-minute session for individuals
$225 per 50-minute session for couples
$295 per 80-minute session for couples

I offer single-session gender-affirming letters on a sliding scale.

I require a free 15-minute consultation video call to see if we're a good fit before our first session (not required for gender-affirming letters).
